We have introduced Payment Confirmation methods for "LIKEY Roulette Custom Rewards" and "Store Physical Product".
(**The physical product delivery feature for the roulette and store is currently available only in Korea.)
🎡 Roulette Custom Rewards / Store Physical Product Payment Confirmation

Roulette Custom Rewards: After a creator gives a reward to a fan who spun the roulette, the roulette sales settlement amount will be converted into a withdrawable amount once the fan confirms the purchase within 14 days.

Store Physical Products: Once a fan enters their address and the creator sends the product, the settlement amount will be converted into a withdrawable amount once the fan confirms the purchase within 14 days.
*Automatic Purchase Confirmation: 14 days after the product shipment date, the purchase will be automatically confirmed.
💁 How to Use
[Roulette]
Creator
- Go to My Page > Creator Studio > Roulette to check the latest roulette results.
- After giving the roulette reward to the fan, change the Reward Fulfillment Status to Sent Out.
Fan
- After receiving the roulette reward, go to Payment Management > Payment History and select Purchase Confirmation to confirm the purchase.
- Purchase Confirmation: After receiving the reward, click "Purchase Confirmation" to trigger the settlement to the creator.
- Extend Purchase Confirmation Period: If the reward hasn’t been received, a one-time extension of 7 days is available.
- Request to Stop Purchase Confirmation: If you are unable to confirm the purchase, you can request to stop the purchase confirmation by writing the reason.
[Store Products]
Fan
- After purchasing the creator’s physical product, enter your address information.
- After receiving the product, go to Payment Management > Payment History and select Purchase Confirmation to confirm the purchase.
- Purchase Confirmation: After receiving the product, click "Purchase Confirmation" to trigger the settlement to the creator.
- Extend Purchase Confirmation Period: If the product hasn’t been received, a one-time extension of 7 days is available.
- Request to Stop Purchase Confirmation: If you are unable to confirm the purchase, you can request to stop the purchase confirmation by writing the reason.
Creator
- Go to My Page > Creator Studio > Store Products
- After sending the product, change the status to "Sent."
*At this point, you must enter the delivery company and tracking number to change the status.
[Important Notes]
⚠️ Before the purchase confirmation, the amount will appear as a pending amount under Creator Studio > Income > Revenue. After confirmation, it will be converted into the settlement amount.
