At Likey, we can assist with heart refunds if you hold an amount of hearts equal to the payment amount.
If you meet this condition, please send an email to support@melikey.co with the following information:

The nickname or ID of the account used for the payment
(can be found under My Page > Settings > Edit Profile) -
Transaction history or receipt showing the payment date, product name, payment amount, and payment method
(Credit card, bank transfer, Play Store, App Store)

Please review the link above and send a screenshot of the receipt containing the order number that begins with "GPA." -
If you made the payment through the Apple App Store, you can request a refund directly by contacting App Store Customer Support.
※ Refunds are not available if more than 7 days have passed since purchase or if part or all of the purchased items have been used.
※ Refunds may not be processed if accurate transaction details are not provided.
