Refunding Hearts – LIKEY Help Center

At Likey, we can assist with heart refunds if you hold an amount of hearts equal to the payment amount.

If you meet this condition, please send an email to support@melikey.co with the following information:

The nickname or ID of the account used for the payment
(can be found under My Page > Settings > Edit Profile)
Transaction history or receipt showing the payment date, product name, payment amount, and payment method
(Credit card, bank transfer, Play Store, App Store)

If you made the payment through the Google Play Store:

Please review the link above and send a screenshot of the receipt containing the order number that begins with "GPA."
If you made the payment through the Apple App Store, you can request a refund directly by contacting App Store Customer Support.

※ Refunds are not available if more than 7 days have passed since purchase or if part or all of the purchased items have been used.

※ Refunds may not be processed if accurate transaction details are not provided.
