Are you logged in but can’t see the creators you subscribed to, purchased content, or your following list?
If you log in using a different method, it is recognized as a separate account, so your previous data will not be shown.

The content you see differs depending on whether you access via a creator’s SNS link (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) or the app
📌 Why does this happen?
LIKEY supports multiple login methods such as Apple, Google, Facebook, and Email.
Each login method creates a separate account, so if you log in using a different method, your previous subscriptions and purchases will not appear.
📌 Example
- You signed up with Google and subscribed to a creator, but later log in with Apple → this is treated as a different account, so your subscriptions are not shown.
- You log in with Google via a web SNS link, then log in with Facebook in the app → these are different accounts.
📌 How to fix this
Please log out of your current account and then log in again using the method you originally signed up with.
- Go to My Page > Settings (⚙️) > Log out to log out from your current account.
- Log in again using the method you originally signed up with (Apple / Google / Facebook / Email).
- Check if your subscriptions, purchases, and following list are restored.
📌 If you’re not sure which method you used
Try logging in with each method one by one, and find the account where your subscriptions or following list appear.
