04. I subscribed to a membership, can I get a refund?

When you subscribe to a membership plan, you gain immediate access to the content, which is considered as having been viewed.
Due to the nature of media content, once accessed, the value of the content is consumed, making it difficult to process a separate refund.
We ask for your understanding on this matter. To avoid being charged next month, please proceed to My Page > Membership > Subscribed Plans > Cancel Plan Subscription.
