When your account has been suspended for violating Likey's operating policies, when you access Likey,
we provide detailed information through the screen shown below.
- Type of Restriction
- Temporary Restriction: You cannot use the service for the specified period.
- Permanent Suspension: You can no longer use the service.
- Suspension End Date and Time: Your suspension will be automatically lifted at the date and time shown.
Common Reasons for Suspension
1. Screenshots and Screen Recording
To protect creators’ content, LIKEY prohibits screenshots and screen recordings on all screens within the app. If a screenshot or screen recording is detected, your account will be suspended immediately and may be permanently suspended depending on the circumstances.
- This applies to all screens, including chat rooms, posts, live streams, Customer Support, and FAQs.
- Even if you do not take a screenshot yourself, screenshots may be detected if screen recording, screen mirroring, or screen sharing is enabled.
- If you use multiple devices, make sure that screen mirroring and screen sharing are turned off between devices.
2. Violation of Guidelines
This includes encouraging transactions outside LIKEY or requesting contact information for external platforms.
3. Confirmed Unauthorized Refunds
If you purchase and use a membership plan or Hearts and then request a refund through your card issuer, the refund may be considered unauthorized. This will result in permanent suspension.
4. Confirmed In-App Purchase (IAP) Refunds
If you receive a refund for Hearts through the Apple App Store and have already used some or all of the refunded Hearts, making them impossible to recover, your account may be suspended.
5. Use of a Restricted Device
If an account on your device has been temporarily restricted or permanently suspended, logging in with another account on the same device will result in all accounts being permanently suspended due to restricted device usage. Please wait until the restriction on your original account is lifted before using LIKEY again.
